Honda Civic ESI 1.6 VTec EG9 Saloon in Newport, Gloucestershire for sale

Up for sale my lovely honda civic. This is the 1.6 SOHC VTec model, with a genuine 69k miles. It was owned by an elderly lady from brand new, sold to a young guy who realised the insurance was silly, and then I bought it. Full history up until I bought it with extensive documentation. Since owning the car it has had the following done: Lowered 35mm on spax springs, full 4 wheel alignment done afterwards Alloy lower rear arms in bronze at the same time as changing the springs Honda Integra DC2 Type R hub and brake conversion - 5x100 pcd hubs, 282mm front discs and 262mm rears. Integra type R master cylinder, standard servo. Pagid plain OE spec front discs, Black diamond Predator front pads Interior speakers replaced with uprated items, no silly wiring looms or subs, just sublt speaker upgrades behind the OE covers. JVC head unit. (I have the factory stereo as well as Honda dealer cassette still!) 2 almost new Vredestein front tyres, rears 90% worn. Decat available Tegiwa carbon induction kit with custom fabricated soft mount 4-2-1 Aftermarket manifold When i purchased it the car had an oil and filter change, fuel filter and spark plugs, coolant flush, new thermostat and new coolant. It has been a brilliant car, never given me any trouble. The A/C is ice cold, all 4 electric windows work as well as electric sunroof and central locking. I have both keys, and there is an alarm as well, although i have never used it and can't guarantee it will work. It is SORN at present, and dry stored. (ready to drive away, and starts on the button!) MOT was 26 April 2014, and she sailed through. Great car to drive, and very rare to find in this condition. Only real niggle is that at some point early in it's life it has had a repair to the drivers front wing, which has started bubbling. Other than that, a small rust spot on the rear wing as shown, and a few other age related marks. Viewings welcome, no time wasters. I'm open to sensible offers.
